Although, dropouts will be under strict supervision using formula designed templates which are data validated. Advanced weekly online training (32 weeks) is compulsory for these individuals.

Matriculants will be under supervision using formula designed templates which are data validated. Intermediate weekly online training (16 weeks) is compulsory for these individuals.

Graduates will be working independently, however, they will be assigned a mentor which will need to review their work performed, regularly. Basic weekly online training (8 weeks) is compulsory for these individuals.

You need to have your own laptop for 4 weeks online training, attempt a skills assessment competence test, an active cellphone number and email address to receive your trade certificate upon completion.

The benefits of the marketing affiliate program is provide an opportunity to unemployed financial graduates to engage potential clientele using our trading name, once the client is engaged and secured; a split of the monthly invoice in the following manner:

(65/35) - Unemployed Graduates: Have the option to be involved in the clientele needs analysis meetings, apply the financial system configuration as per the clientele needs analysis and offer bookkeeping services (works independently and remotely).
(75/25) - Unemployed Matriculants: Have the option to apply the financial system configuration as per the clientele needs analysis and offer bookkeeping services (under supervision).
(85/15) - Unemployed SA youth members: Have the option to apply the financial system configuration as per the clientele needs analysis and offer bookkeeping services (job shadowing and skills transfer).
(90/10) - Client Referral or Recruitment: Commission rewarded for acquiring new clients.

The monthly proceeds will be allocated to the affiliates and Accountable Accountants will stand-in as an agent of the secured client.

Any additional once-off costs incurred to secure the potential client will be proportioned according to the above-mentioned split ratio.
